Refund Policy

Because Resources are instantly downloadable digital files, all sales are generally final. That said, we want you to be happy with what you buy — here's how we handle issues.

1. Digital delivery

Resources are delivered as downloadable files immediately after purchase. Once a Resource has been downloaded, we can't "return" it in the traditional sense, which is why refunds are limited to the situations below.

2. Eligible refunds

• You were charged twice for the same order
• A file is corrupted, missing pages, or won't open
• The Resource is significantly different from its listing description

Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix the file or issue a refund.

3. Not eligible for refund

• Change of mind after downloading a Resource
• Printing or classroom-fit issues unrelated to a file defect
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase

4. Free samples

Free sample packs aren't purchases, so refunds don't apply — but if a free file is broken, let us know and we'll gladly send a working copy.

5. How to request a refund

Email us with your order confirmation and a quick description of the issue through our contact page, and we'll get back to you within two business days.
