These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Coding Creations website and the digital worksheets, printables, and related resources (the "Resources") we sell. By creating an account, downloading a free sample, or purchasing a Resource, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Coding Creations designs printable computer-science worksheets and activities for K-8 classrooms and homeschool families. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Coding Creations.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to purchase or save Resources. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. License to use Resources

• Each purchase grants a single-teacher or single-household license: you may print and use a Resource with your own students or children.
• You may make copies for your own classroom or family use only.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload Resources (in original or modified form) to other teachers, schools, or public/shared drives, or to any third-party marketplace.
• Site- or school-wide licenses are available on request — contact us before sharing a Resource beyond a single classroom or household.

4. Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are due in full at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. All purchases are final except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All Resources, artwork, and site content are owned by Coding Creations and protected by copyright law. Purchasing a Resource gives you a license to use it as described above — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it using a method other than the interface we provide, or interfere with its normal operation.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Resources are provided "as is" for educational use. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or Resources, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
